Num banquete estava um padre católico sentado ao lado de um rabi judeu.
O padre, querendo gozar o rabi, enche o prato com pedaços de um suculento leitão e depois oferece ao 'colega'.
O rabi recusa, dizendo:
- Muito obrigado, mas...não sabe que a minha religião não permite a carne deporco?
- Liiiiivra!!! Que religião esquisita! Comer leitão é uma delííícia! -Comenta o padre com ironia.À hora da despedida, o rabi chega e diz ao padre:
- As minhas recomendações à sua esposa!
E disse o padre, horrorizado:
- Minha esposa? Não sabe que a minha religião não permite casamento desacerdotes?

Situação: O fim das férias.
Ano 1978: Depois de passar 15 dias com a família atrelada numa caravana puxada por um Fiat 600 pela costa de Portugal, terminam as férias. No dia seguinte vai-se trabalhar.
Ano 2008: Depois de voltar de Cancún de uma viagem com tudo pago, terminam as férias. As pessoas sofrem de distúrbios de sono, depressão, seborreia e caganeira.
Situação: Chega o dia de mudança de horário de Verão para Inverno.
Ano 1978: Não se passa nada.
Ano 2008: As pessoas sofrem de distúrbios de sono, depressão e caganeira.
Situação: O Pedro está a pensar ir até ao monte depois das aulas.Assim que entra no colégio mostra uma navalha ao João, com a qual espera poder fazer uma fisga.
Ano 1978: O director da escola vê, pergunta-lhe onde se vendem, mostra-lhe a sua, que é mais antiga, mas que também é boa.
Ano 2008: A escola é encerrada, chamam a Polícia Judiciária e levam o Pedro para um reformatório. A SIC e a TVI apresentam os telejornais desde a porta da escola.
Situação: O Carlos e o Quim trocam uns socos no fim das aulas.
Ano 1978: Os companheiros animam a luta, o Carlos ganha. Dão as mãos e acabam por ir juntos jogar matrecos.
Ano 2008: A escola é encerrada. A SIC proclama o mês anti-violência escolar, O Jornal de Notícias faz uma capa inteira dedicada ao tema, e a TVI insiste em colocar a Moura-Guedes à porta da escola a apresentar o telejornal, mesmo debaixo de chuva.
Situação: O Jaime não pára quieto nas aulas, interrompe e incomoda os colegas.
Ano 1978: Mandam o Jaime ir falar com o Director, e este dá-lhe uma bronca de todo o tamanho. O Jaime volta à aula, senta-se em silêncio e não interrompe mais.
Ano 2008: Administram ao Jaime umas valentes doses de Ritalin. O Jaime parece um Zombie. A escola recebe um apoio financeiro por terem um aluno incapacitado.
Situação: O Luis parte o vidro dum carro do bairro dele. O pai caça um cinto e espeta-lhe umas chicotadas com este.
Ano 1978: O Luis tem mais cuidado da próxima vez. Cresce normalmente, vai à universidade e converte-se num homem de negócios bem sucedido.
Ano 2008: Prendem o pai do Luís por maus-tratos a menores. Sem a figura paterna, o Luís junta-se a um gang de rua. Os psicólogos convencem a sua irmã que o pai abusava dela e metem-no na cadeia para sempre. A mãe do Luís começa a namorar com o psicólogo. O programa da Fátima Lopes mantém durante meses o caso em estudo, bem como o Você na TV do Manuel Luís Goucha.
Situação: O Zézinho cai enquanto praticava atletismo, arranha um joelho.A sua professora Maria encontra-o sentado na berma da pista a chorar. Maria abraça-o para o consolar.
Ano 1978: Passado pouco tempo, o Zézinho sente-se melhor e continua a correr.
Ano 2008: A Maria é acusada de perversão de menores e vai para o desemprego. Confronta-se com 3 anos de prisão. O Zézinho passa 5 anos de terapia em terapia. Os seus pais processam a escola por negligência e a Maria por trauma emocional, ganhando ambos os processos. Maria, no desemprego e cheia de dívidas suicida-se atirando-se de um prédio. Ao aterrar, cai em cima de um carro, mas antes ainda parte com o corpo uma varanda. O dono do carro e do apartamento processam os familiares da Maria por destruição de propriedade. Ganham. A SIC e a TVI produzem um filme baseado neste caso.
Situação: Um menino branco e um menino negro andam à batatada por um ter chamado 'chocolate' ao outro.
Ano 1978: Depois de uns socos esquivos, levantam-se e cada um para sua casa. Amanhã são colegas.
Ano 2008: A TVI envia os seus melhores correspondentes. A SIC prepara uma grande reportagem dessas com investigadores que passaram dias no colégio a averiguar factos. Emitem-se programas documentários sobre jovens problemáticos e ódio racial. A juventude Skinhead finge revolucionar-se a respeito disto. O governo oferece um apartamento à família do miúdo negro.
Situação: Fazias uma asneira na sala de aula:
Ano 1978: O professor espetava duas valentes lostras bem merecidas. Ao chegar a casa o teu pai dava-te mais duas porque 'alguma deves ter feito'
Ano 2008: Fazes uma asneira. O professor pede-te desculpa. O teu pai pede-te desculpa e compra-te uma Playstation 3.

Queca Super-Bock
Um tipo levou a namorada para uma praia deserta. Desaperta-lhe o top do biquini e ela começa a refilar porque ali não dava jeito, que havia muita areia, que ainda se arranhavam e ia entrar areia por todo o lado, etc... O rapaz disse então:
- Calma! Não há nada que não se resolva!!!
E foi ao carro buscar uma grande toalha da Super Bock,que estendeu. A namorada deitou-se em cima da toalha. Ao puxar-lhe a cueca do biquini, uma rajada de vento levantou a ponta da toalha e ela reage novamente, dizendo que se iam encher de areia, que a toalha voava, que se arranhavam, etc... E ele:
- Calma! Tudo se resolve.
Foi ao carro e trouxe 4 latas de Super Bock, colocando uma em cada canto da toalha, para esta não esvoaçar. Como ela estava sempre a implicar com tudo, teve a ideia de trazer também uma venda do carro e para lhe pôr à volta dos olhos. Continuaram...
Já a rapariga estava nua, quando perguntou:
- Trouxeste preservativo?
E o namorado:
- Aqui não tenho, vou buscar ao carro.
Enquanto foi ao carro, passou um gajo que andava a fazer 'jogging'. Ao deparar com a tipa nua e vendada, deitada na toalha, primeiro aproxima-se, começa a mexer e, como ela não se nega, não hesita e 'por aqui me sirvo': salta-lhe para cima!!!
Após ter comido a menina, afasta-se e diz:
- Foda-se! Com uma campanha destas, agora é que eles rebentam mesmo com os gajos da Sagres...

Um rapaz Alentejano vai trabalhar para um daqueles grandes Hipers na América e ao fim do primeiro dia o chefe pergunta-lhe:
- Quantas vendas já fizeste?
- Uma.
- Uma venda? Isso é muito mau!!! Os meus vendedores normalmente fazem entre 25 a 30 vendas por dia!!!
Ora diz lá de quanto foi a venda...
- 757.326,45 DOLLARS
- O quê?????? Mas afinal o que é que vendeste?????
- Ora, primeiro vendi ao freguês um anzol pequeno, depois um anzol médio, e a seguir um anzol grande!...
Com tanto anzol, vendi-lhe uma cana de pesca!... Perguntei-lhe onde é que ele ia pescar e ele disse para a costa.
Claro que lhe expliquei que para a costa era melhor ter um barco!!!
Então levei-o à secção de barcos de recreio e vendi aquele 'Silver Esprit' com os dois 'outboard' que o gajo até se passou!...
Conversa puxa conversa e ele disse que o carro dele era um Fiat Uno...e eu disse-lhe que para puxar o barco ele precisava de um 4x4!!!
Então fomos direitinhos ao stand e vendi-lhe aquele Range Rover que lá estava.
- Muito bem! Deves ser mesmo bom para venderes isso tudo a um gajo que só queria um anzol pequeno!!!
- Qual anzol qual quê!!!
- Ele só cá vinha comprar uma caixa de TAMPAX para a mulher... e eu disse-lhe:
Já que tem o fim-de-semana lixado mais vale ir à pesca...'

De mãe para mãe...
'Vi o seu enérgico protesto diante das câmaras de televisão contra a transferência do seu filho, menor, infractor, das dependências da prisão em São Paulo para outra dependência prisional no interior do Estado de São Paulo.
Vi você se queixando da distância que agora a separa do seu filho, das dificuldades e das despesas que passou a ter, para visitá-lo, bem como de outros inconvenientes decorrentes daquela mesma transferência.
Vi também toda a cobertura que os média deram a este facto, assim como vi que não só você, mas igualmente outras mães na mesma situação que você, contam com o apoio de Comissões Pastorais, Órgãos e Entidades de Defesa de Direitos Humanos, ONG's, etc...
Eu também sou mãe e, assim, bem posso compreender o seu protesto.
Quero, com ele, fazer coro.
No entanto, como verá, também é enorme a distância que me separa do meu filho.
Trabalhando e ganhando pouco,idênticas são as dificuldades e as despesas que tenho para visitá-lo.
Com muito sacrifício, só posso fazê-lo aos domingos porque labuto, inclusive aos sábados, para auxiliar no sustento e educação do resto da família. Felizmente conto com o meu inseparável companheiro, que> desempenha, para mim, importante papel de amigo e conselheiro espiritual. Se você ainda não sabe, sou a mãe daquele jovem que o seu filho matou cruelmente num assalto a um vídeo-clube, onde ele, meu filho, trabalhava durante o dia para pagar os estudos à noite.
No próximo domingo, quando você estiver abraçando, beijando e fazendo carícias ao seu filho, eu estarei visitando o meu e depositando flores na sua humilde campa rasa, num cemitério da periferia...
Ah! Já me ia esquecendo: e também ganhando pouco e sustentando a casa, pode ficar tranquila, pois eu estarei pagando de novo, o colchão que seu querido filho queimou lá, na última rebelião de presidiários, onde ele se encontrava cumprindo pena por ser um criminoso.No cemitério, ou na minha casa, NUNCA apareceu nenhum representante dessas 'Entidades' que tanto a confortam, para me dar uma só palavra de conforto, e talvez indicar quais "Os meus direitos".
Para terminar, ainda como mãe, peço "por favor":Faça circular este manifesto! Talvez se consiga acabar com esta (falta de vergonha) inversão de valores que assola o Brasil e não só... Direitos humanos só deveriam ser para "humanos direitos" !!!

De repente sai um louco de um quarto, olha para ela e diz:

A doida procura nos bolsos, tira e exibe um bilhete de transporte antigo.O louco examina o documento e depois de adverti-la sobre os perigos do seu excesso de velocidade, deixa-a ir embora.
A doida segue em frente nas suas 500 milhas de Indianápolis, e, ao passar pelo quarto do mesmo louco outra vez, ele detem-na novamente e diz:
- Desculpe-me mas a senhora estava a transitar em contra-mão. Posso ver os documentos do seu carro?

Tibetans in different areas of Tibet marked the beginning of theChinese New Year yesterday (January 26) by 'mourning' and in somberreflection on the crackdown following the protests that swept acrossTibet last year, according to sources in Tibet. In an unprecedented"outpouring of emotion", many Tibetans posted blogs and commentsmostly opposing any celebration of Tibetan New Year (Losar), whichbegins next month on February 25 according to the Tibetan calendar,which is different to the Chinese lunar calendar. In many areas,security was stepped up for the Chinese New Year (Spring Festival),and reports from Tibet indicated that the authorities were makinggreat efforts to persuade Tibetans to celebrate, including givingmoney to families for the purchase of firecrackers and checkingwhether they had been used or not.
Some reports stated that local authorities had ordered that TibetanNew Year celebrations should be brought forward by one month tocoincide with Chinese New Year. A blog by one Tibetan on a Tibetanwebsite reported that the county government had told Kirti monasteryin Ngaba (Chinese: Aba) in Sichuan province to change the dates of newyear and winter religious ceremonies to coincide with the Chinese NewYear. This year, the two new years are a month apart , although insome parts of the Tibetan area of Amdo, the New Year has beencelebrated according to the Chinese calendar. Security was stepped upon the streets near Kirti, where at least 10 Tibetans were shot deadduring a protest last March. One source told ICT: "Local people [inNgaba] are not celebrating [the New Year]. Tibetan women are in thestreets, with solemn faces, showing sadness rather than happiness, andto symbolize the non-celebratory mood they carry around dry bread andeat that."
An anonymous Tibetan blogger posted the following comment on aChinese-language, Tibetan-run website on January 25: "The 2009 Losarwas always going to be unusual because so many people have beenkilled. In our family, our father can never come back, our mother hasvisibly aged, uncles and brothers have been detained - some of whom westill don't whether they're dead or alive. Last night, the eldestbrother in the neighbor's family was taken away. There's a guy from avillage nearby who used to roam all over the place doing business whowas locked up for a few months and recently released. But his body isso fragile now that he has to stay in bed with his wife and childrenlooking after him. When you go out, although the police on the streetsaren't as evident as they were a few months ago, there are still alot. There are armed PAP [People's Armed Police] guys on the roofs'maintaining social stability'. Leaders on television are going roundpaying their respects and urging people to have a good year... Imyself will not be celebrating the new year because those who diedwere my compatriots, and I knew several of those who died - they wereshot dead. I haven't dared call home since March of last year becauseI don't want to cause them any trouble. And so I don't know how theyare. I've had no information on them, and just hope they're okay."
In Lhasa, many people did not let off fireworks to mark Chinese NewYear although money to buy them was supplied by the government,according to a report received by ICT. The same source said that:"Most of the Tibetans from Amdo [eastern Tibet] were in mourning forthe first day of the spring [Chinese New Year] festival".
The Tibetan source from Lhasa reported that: "Unlike previous years,the government bought red lanterns and put them almost on almost everystreet in county towns and especially in Lhasa." The same source saidthat security was being tightened not only for the Chinese New Yearbut also in advance of the month of sensitive political anniversariesin March - the 50th anniversary of the Tibetan National Uprising andthe escape of the Dalai Lama from Tibet - and that restrictions onforeign tourism are likely at that time.
At Labrang (Chinese: Xiahe) in Kanlho (Chinese: Gannan TibetanAutonomous Prefecture) in Gansu province, a Tibetan source said: "Itis something new to see leaders busying themselves by pushing peopleto set off fireworks while police and security personnel are checkingwhether people are involved in other activities. Some departments evendistributed firecrackers for free to people and called on people tocelebrate Amdo New Year lavishly and prominently to show that thingsare well." In some areas of Amdo, village elders have been warned thatif any unrest occurs during the New Year period, everyone in thevillage will be fined, according to one report.
One anonymous Tibetan blogger from this area wrote: "Thanks to theParty Committee of Xiahe County for issuing us firecrackers worth 100Yuan ($14) so as to resist the public resentment of boycotting the NewYear. I accepted those firecrackers, but never let my father know it,or he would 'beat me to death', so I threw them into the toilet. Thecounty officials are busy supervising who else did not use thefire-crackers. Unprecedented expression of views on Losar
Numerous Tibetan bloggers posted their thoughts and views aboutmarking Losar. A Tibetan in exile told ICT: "I have never seen thiskind of outpouring emotions in my life."
In a posting entitled "Let Us Make Lamp Offerings and Light Candles toCommemorate the Souls of the Deceased", the Tibetan writer Woeserwrote: "This year's celebration [of Losar] will be different. Thisyear's differences are due to the fact that so many people have beenplunged into the abyss of misery. In the land of Tibet, in thevillages, pastures and towns of Amdo, central Tibet and Kham, manywhite-haired grandparents and parents had to endure the suffering ofattending the funeral of young black-haired people. What is even moretragic is that some of these white-haired ones have not been able toattend the funeral services since the black-haired ones havedisappeared without their corpses being able to be found. The familymembers do not know the day they died, thus, it is not even possibleto hold the religious ceremony to release the soul of the deceasedfrom purgatory suffering. The monasteries have already been closed,and monks expelled. There are countless vultures circling around overthe desolate sky burial grounds.
"Then, let us light butter lamps to make offerings in memory of thedeceased, whose exact number we still do not know, in the cornerswhere the video surveillance can not reach. Furthermore, those of uswho live in alien lands and do not have butter lamps to offer, let uslight candles for those deceased whose exact number we still do notknow." The website High Peaks, Pure Earth, which provides translations of twoposts written entirely in verse in Tibetan about Losar, says that mostTibetan posts from inside Tibet "are opposed to the celebration ofLosar this year. One blogger refers to the contrast between Tibetan despair and theChinese authorities' decision to mark March 28 as "Serf LiberationDay", saying: "The autonomous regional leaders are very busy: afterthe new year they'll be urging people to celebrate 'serf liberationday'. The old lady at work ... although a distant relative of hersdied in March last year, the Party still wants her to be happy, wantsher to laugh, wants her to sing and dance about 'Serf Liberation Day'and how the great Party that liberated old Tibet and a million serfsfrom darkness. You can't say anything contrary - nothing about thefamilies that have been shattered, the many people who were killed,who were beaten to death for the sake of upholding the unification ofthe motherland and the unity of the masses - don't mention those. As apeople with a deep religious faith, when a family member dies prayersare said for them and new year isn't celebrated - this is quitenormal. But our great Party is not happy because when it wants you tobe happy, you're not happy. And that's a problem with your thinking,and it can even be contrived into making you a member of some 'clique'or other. And so it requires you to be happy, and to happily celebratethe new year. The great Party pays close attention to happy or nothappy, and celebrating or not celebrating the new year."
Losar is a five-day festival marking the new year in the Tibetancalendar during which Tibetan families come together to reflect andcelebrate the past year as well as look forward to the coming year.The movement within Tibet to abstain from celebrating the new year asa gesture of mourning for those who lost their lives is anunprecedented and highly significant statement, akin to people in theUnited States deciding to forego Thanksgiving, or indeed, akin to thepeople of China choosing not to mark the Spring Festival. Such aprofound and concerted gesture among Tibetans within Tibet is anunmistakable indicator of the Tibetan people's dissatisfaction withthe Chinese authorities' response to the wave of protests in March,and will inevitably be noted with some concern by the authorities inLhasa and Beijing.
"Remember and memoralise louder than the gunfire"
In a posting on New Year's Day (January 1, 2009), Woeser wrote: "Onthe eve of 2009, I received many text messages wishing me a prosperousand happy New Year and good fortune for the New Year. At this moment Iknew that people from all over the world were heaping best wishes andblessings upon each other - a wonderful creation of human nature. ButI would also add: in the New Year, I hope you will be free from want.In fact, to that I would even add, I hope that everyone will be freefrom fear! At this point we say farewell and forget the year 2008, butwe should not be reconsidering the way we live our lives, instead weshould remember and memorialize louder than the gunfire!" Her prolificonline writings and accounts of events in Tibet over the past severalyears have been instrumental in helping the international community tounderstand not only events on the ground in Tibet, but also toappreciate the broader human stories of what is happening there.
In a message to the Chinese people released on the occasion of theChinese New Year, the Dalai Lama said that Hu Jintao's concept of a"harmonious society" could only "come about through mutual trust,friendship and justice. The official news agency Xinhua reported today that People's ArmedPolice Political Commissar Yu Linxiang inspected armed police units onsite in Qinghai, Sichuan and Jiangxi provinces and the TibetAutonomous Region, while People's Armed Police Commander Wu Shuangzhantalked with border police on guard "in remote Heilongjiang and Qinghaiprovinces and Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Tibet autonomous regions."(January 26, 2009). Wu Shuangzhan is a member of the key Central TibetWork Coordination Working Group, the first time the People's ArmedPolice has been represented on the working group.
Tibetans in different areas of Tibet marked the beginning of theChinese New Year yesterday (January 26) by 'mourning' and in somberreflection on the crackdown following the protests that swept acrossTibet last year, according to sources in Tibet. In an unprecedented"outpouring of emotion", many Tibetans posted blogs and commentsmostly opposing any celebration of Tibetan New Year (Losar), whichbegins next month on February 25 according to the Tibetan calendar,which is different to the Chinese lunar calendar. In many areas,security was stepped up for the Chinese New Year (Spring Festival),and reports from Tibet indicated that the authorities were makinggreat efforts to persuade Tibetans to celebrate, including givingmoney to families for the purchase of firecrackers and checkingwhether they had been used or not.
Some reports stated that local authorities had ordered that TibetanNew Year celebrations should be brought forward by one month tocoincide with Chinese New Year. A blog by one Tibetan on a Tibetanwebsite reported that the county government had told Kirti monasteryin Ngaba (Chinese: Aba) in Sichuan province to change the dates of newyear and winter religious ceremonies to coincide with the Chinese NewYear. This year, the two new years are a month apart , although insome parts of the Tibetan area of Amdo, the New Year has beencelebrated according to the Chinese calendar. Security was stepped upon the streets near Kirti, where at least 10 Tibetans were shot deadduring a protest last March. One source told ICT: "Local people [inNgaba] are not celebrating [the New Year]. Tibetan women are in thestreets, with solemn faces, showing sadness rather than happiness, andto symbolize the non-celebratory mood they carry around dry bread andeat that."
An anonymous Tibetan blogger posted the following comment on aChinese-language, Tibetan-run website on January 25: "The 2009 Losarwas always going to be unusual because so many people have beenkilled. In our family, our father can never come back, our mother hasvisibly aged, uncles and brothers have been detained - some of whom westill don't whether they're dead or alive. Last night, the eldestbrother in the neighbor's family was taken away. There's a guy from avillage nearby who used to roam all over the place doing business whowas locked up for a few months and recently released. But his body isso fragile now that he has to stay in bed with his wife and childrenlooking after him. When you go out, although the police on the streetsaren't as evident as they were a few months ago, there are still alot. There are armed PAP [People's Armed Police] guys on the roofs'maintaining social stability'. Leaders on television are going roundpaying their respects and urging people to have a good year... Imyself will not be celebrating the new year because those who diedwere my compatriots, and I knew several of those who died - they wereshot dead. I haven't dared call home since March of last year becauseI don't want to cause them any trouble. And so I don't know how theyare. I've had no information on them, and just hope they're okay."
In Lhasa, many people did not let off fireworks to mark Chinese NewYear although money to buy them was supplied by the government,according to a report received by ICT. The same source said that:"Most of the Tibetans from Amdo [eastern Tibet] were in mourning forthe first day of the spring [Chinese New Year] festival".
The Tibetan source from Lhasa reported that: "Unlike previous years,the government bought red lanterns and put them almost on almost everystreet in county towns and especially in Lhasa." The same source saidthat security was being tightened not only for the Chinese New Yearbut also in advance of the month of sensitive political anniversariesin March - the 50th anniversary of the Tibetan National Uprising andthe escape of the Dalai Lama from Tibet - and that restrictions onforeign tourism are likely at that time.
At Labrang (Chinese: Xiahe) in Kanlho (Chinese: Gannan TibetanAutonomous Prefecture) in Gansu province, a Tibetan source said: "Itis something new to see leaders busying themselves by pushing peopleto set off fireworks while police and security personnel are checkingwhether people are involved in other activities. Some departments evendistributed firecrackers for free to people and called on people tocelebrate Amdo New Year lavishly and prominently to show that thingsare well." In some areas of Amdo, village elders have been warned thatif any unrest occurs during the New Year period, everyone in thevillage will be fined, according to one report.
One anonymous Tibetan blogger from this area wrote: "Thanks to theParty Committee of Xiahe County for issuing us firecrackers worth 100Yuan ($14) so as to resist the public resentment of boycotting the NewYear. I accepted those firecrackers, but never let my father know it,or he would 'beat me to death', so I threw them into the toilet. Thecounty officials are busy supervising who else did not use thefire-crackers.
